Work Experience and Education
Any introduction of Robert Tansley begins with he is a husband, a father of four and grandfather of three. This beginning point of introduction reflects his values. Robert holds dear his family.
He also holds a Masters Degree from the University of Toronto (MSW) completed in 1987. He is formally trained in Strategic Family Therapy; Solution Focused Family Therapy; Dialectic Behavioural Therapy and treatment strategies for ADHD. Robert has extensive experience treating depression, anxiety; adhd and trauma. He further works with neurodivergence extensively in his practice.

Robert would say that he is in the change business. This business begins with two simple but difficult pieces – find someone you trust and tell them the truth. Change is embedded in a healthy relationship with a trained mental health professional.
Robert is also writer. He has published two professional journal articles.

Robert has an extensive background in sports and high level athletes. He is a certified CCCP coach having coached lacrosse, hockey and football. He works with athletes related to performance enhancement.
